ABOUT US
2005
Start-up with 5 members / Providing domestic and outbound tourism products for Vietnamese visitors and mainly focuses on corporate customers.
2010
Number of human resourse increased to 20 members and continued to focus on expanding tourism products and services to meet the needs of travel and organize events related to business and internal activities of the enterprises. At the same time, we continue to optimize our operating model to improve the quality of our products and services to bring more interesting experiences to our visitors and also want to receive more satisfaction.
2015
Establishing domestic representative offices in Ho Chi Minh, Can Tho and overseas such as Bangkok (Thailand), Siem Reap (Cambodia), Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), Yangon (Myanmar) to expand the market and continue to increase the quality of tourism services.
12/2019 - 12/2021
All members of Du Lich A Chau fought the Covid-19 with our country and operated some new business to maintain basical income, minimine financial difficulties of our members. It really was nightmare for us that we considered optimistically as a “Challenge for our tourism passion”.
2022 - Now
Over 17 years in the tourism industry, we appreciate the efforts of individuals, teams and especially customers' opportunities that are the basis and motivation for us to continue to maintain and develop further so that we can be a little proud of our achievements in the past time:
- Number of groups: 800 +
- Group size: 30 - 2000 people
- Number of sphinxes: 30+
- Completing the business model and optimizing the operating process to not only bring quality tourism products and professional services to customers, but also create a professional working environment.
M.I.C.E TOURISM PRODUCT
Meeting tour
This is a tourism activity combined with the form of conferences and seminars. This type of event is held to exchange ideas, contribute ideas about new products or services, or discuss a difficult problem that needs to be solved.
Incentive tour
This is a type of tourism organized for the purpose of rewarding company employees, or individuals in an organization. Thereby, promoting cohesion and building solidarity among members.
Convention tour
Being a type of tourism combined with organizing conferences and seminars, where experts with the same qualifications exchange information. This type of MICE tourism usually has a larger scale than conference tourism, the number of guests participating in a program can be from 300 to 1500 people.
Event/ Exhibition tour
Event tourism is organized for the purpose of promoting and promoting a specific activity or field. The size and number of attendees for this type of tourism is not specific. Some specific types can be mentioned such as festival programs, contests or travel programs…
As for exhibition tourism, it is often combined with activities to introduce products and services to target markets/partners.

Working process
1. Understanding the needs of the Enterprise
Du Lich A Chau meets, listens and advises based on the needs of enterprises.
2. Making a plan
Du Lich A Chau work out a programs and quotation for meeting the requirements of enterprises.
3. Sign service contract
The two parties agree on the content of the service and the terms of the contract.
4. Service contract implementation
- The enterprise pays a part of the service contract value.
- The two sides coordinate to perform the work to ensure the best preparation work.
- Du Lich A Chau meets Enterprises to disseminate necessary information, unify the coordination work between Enterprises and Du Lich A Chau before using the service..
- Du Lich A Chau supervises entirely service deployment process and coordinates with the Enterprise to handle arising (if any).
5. Service contract liquidation
- Unify the costs incurred increase and decrease in the process of using the service.
- Signing and the Enterprise pays the rest of the service contract value.
