Yes. You need to make payment successfully to get username, password to login to your VPS Cambodia. You can also back up your data so that VinaHost technical staff can transfer your data at night to avoid service interruption.
Currently, VinaHost provides VPS in Cambodia, Vietnam, Thailand,… If you need to use VPS in other countries, please contact us on 1900 6046 ext. 3 or send email to support@vinahost.vn for support.
VinaHost will store your data within 45 days from the day of terminating service. After 45 days, VinaHost will notify you before canceling service. If you want to get the data, you need to pay for the using time from the expiration date to the current date. If the service expires in the middle of the month or early of the month, VinaHost will charge a full month.
You are not recommended to use VPS Cambodia without technical skill. VinaHost is responsible for VPS installation while customer administers the whole system. Due to the security of virtual server resources, VinaHost cannot interfere with system administration without the client. If you do not have technical skill, don’t worry because we provide customer with free administration, unlimited administration and full-service administration on demand.
