- Work as a member of the consulting team to manage business requirements
- Maintain internal and external documentation – Document requirements as BRD, user stories and acceptance criteria
- Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development
- Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production, to ensure maximum usability
- Respond to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations
- Define, execute, and manage test phases to ensure quality of the projects
- Run client facing sessions, including sprint playbacks, UAT sessions and go-live and post implementation support
- Help Manage VAS reporting and configuration requirements
